ABOUT DANISE MARTINEZ, D.V.M.
Several years after receiving her Bachelors of Nursing (R.N.) degree from the University of South Florida, Dr. Martinez decided to pursue her love of animals and medicine. Upon graduating in 1984 from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine (Go Gators!), Dr. Martinez moved to the Orlando area to practice veterinary medicine. During those first six years Dr. Martinez developed an affinity for cats and decided to start the first cat only practice in the Orlando area. Cat’s Meow Feline House Call Practice was born in April of 1990. It has become her mission to allow cats to live a comfortable and healthy life by providing convenient house calls in their own home.
When she is not working Dr. Martinez and her husband share their home with two senior kitties, three dogs and two horses.
